Warranty
At least 12 months
Every product sold by One Garden will benefit from at least a 12 month manufacturers’ parts warranty, being effective from the date of delivery to you.
Benefits vary by product
Due to the sheer variety of our range certain products of enhanced specification, protection or offer may be supported by a superior warranty. An example of this benefit being the ‘10 year anti-rot policy’ offered upon certain treated wooden products. When available, the inclusion and validity of a superior warranty will be clearly indicated upon each individual product page to help you make an informed choice.
No cost to you
The benefits of a manufacturers’ warranty will always be conveyed to you in full, as a no-cost feature of the product chosen.
One Garden does not offer any chargeable warranty options at this time.
Claim handling
In the event of a warranty claim, by default the original manufacturer of your product will be instructed to assess and seek to resolve your concerns directly with you, either upon a parts-only or full replacement basis as deemed fair and proportionate. One Garden will offer whatever assistance is necessary to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached.
