Credit & Debit Cards
We accept both credit and debit cards from Mastercard and Visa.
Online orders: Delivery can be made to either your cardholder address or an alternative; when purchasing as a gift for example.
Telephone orders: Delivery can only be made to the registered cardholder address (your statement address).
PayPal
We accept PayPal for online orders.
Delivery should made to your PayPal account's 'confirmed delivery address' to satisfy PayPal's buyer protection policy.
BACS
For recognised bodies, companies and local authorities for example, BACS payment can be accommodated.
By request, a pro-forma will be provided against which your payment can be made.
On full payment receipt, a VAT invoice will be issued and the goods scheduled for dispatch.
Payment Security
We operate to a "no compromise" policy on cardholder privacy and payment security.
In the event of a security concern, we reserve the right to terminate an order at any stage at our discretion.
For your protection, we wholly comply with the security standards expected of our payment service providers; such as PayPal.
