10 Year Anti-Rot Warranty
An assurance from the manufacturer that their timber product, if maintained according to their policy, will resist rot within a 10 year period.
Sustainably Sourced Timber
The timber used for this product was obtained from a managed resource, where responsible forest management and re-planting are employed.
Pressure Treatment
Wood is placed into an airtight tank, by vacuum the air is replaced with preservative. This superior process extends lifespan allowing in-ground use.
Trellis
An open cladding formed from timber rails or battens fixed to one another, in a spaced diagonal or square arrangement. Ideal for decorative purposes.
Description
The Zest Horizon Arch is a traditionally designed, flat-topped pergola style arch. The sides are clad with diamond trellis suitable to support climbing plants.
This arch is 1.8m wide but the width of the arch can be adjusted to suit your garden.

We purchased the spikes to anchor it in the ground and they worked very well. The delivery was prompt although it would have been good to have a text to say it was on its way. A very good product, was easy to construct. Take your time and have an electric screw driver to hand to help and an extra pair of hands, we had it made and anchored in 2 hours. The arch looks good and is well made and fairly easy to erect for 2 people. But they don't tell you that its necessary to have additional items to secure the arch to or into the ground. I bought the wrong ones and the result was an arch that is too high. It's adjustable in width which is useful, and delivery was prompt and on time. (ONE GARDEN COMMENT: The arch is designed as a freestanding structure which only the customer can decide whether any form of ground-based fixing, i.e; for soil, concrete, paving, etc, is necessary for additional support and their use.)

A little disappointed with condition of wood, quite a few splits, one of legs wouldn't slot. I had to grind out to fit also damaged at bottom. Erected up in the garden looks good. After disappointing start would still recommend arch.

4.5 stars for the product. Very happy with the product, easy to put together, good price. Tiny damage to the trellis but not really issue for me. 1 star for - delivery arrangements - very poor: I have not received any correspondence regarding the delivery when is coming. The product suddenly turned up and was dumped on my driveway when I was not at home and my neighbour had to drag it away for me (heavy) - very disappointing. (ONE GARDEN COMMENT: A delivery tracking email offering you the means to learn of your Zest delivery date is issued. Apologies for its non-receipt, perhaps accidentally caught by a spam filter?)
