10 Year Anti-Rot Warranty
An assurance from the manufacturer that their timber product, if maintained according to their policy, will resist rot within a 10 year period.
Sustainably Sourced Timber
The timber used for this product was obtained from a managed resource, where responsible forest management and re-planting are employed.
Pressure Treatment
Wood is placed into an airtight tank, by vacuum the air is replaced with preservative. This superior process extends lifespan allowing in-ground use.
Square Edge
A simple cladding method where square-cut boarding is secured in a solid butted or open slatted format to a parallel arrangement.
Pallet Delivery
Heavy items (like paving, gazebos and furniture sets) are delivered on a wooden pallet. The pallet will be left with the customer to dispose of.
Description
The Zest Burghley Arbour is the larger, deeper version of their Tenby Arbour. It features a deeper side profile allowing the bench seat to be recessed into the arbour. It is extremely comfortable, stylish and super-sturdy, yet it is amazingly easy to build, with just a few straightforward elements to assemble, saving time and energy. Made from pressure treated European softwood.

Zest 'Burghley Arbour': The finished product, once assembled, is great, and would have got 5 stars if there hadn't been difficulties in the assembly. The two back panels were 15mm too wide. Fortunately there were two 7.5mm thick packing pieces on the pallet (605mm long, 46mm wide) that I fitted either side of the seat, between the side panels. The roof needed ingenuity to fit in place, with only two tall people (plus some temporary cross-braces to avoid stressing the apex joint, otherwise you'd need 4 tall people).

A very well made Arbour and we are very pleased with it however, assembly is not a straight forward as the instructions or the video will have us believe. As I said it's very well made and consequently quite heavy. Assembly is fine until you get to the roof and it's here that the instructions fall apart as did the roof. if you are 2 6ft tall chunky people the method shown may work otherwise it doesn't work and improvisation comes into play. Good luck.

A lovely arbour and very well designed. The materials are of a good quality. Relatively easy to assemble until you come to the roof. Here there is a problem which my friend and I overcame with the use of a piece of 4x2. To affix the roof you definitely three people or an additional means of support. Otherwise extremely happy.

This is an excellent Arbour, although it arrived minus the instructions and fitting kit, this was quickly sorted with an email and parts arrived after a couple of working days, there was also some damage to the rear uprights on the side frames but you can’t see this when it’s built so I was not bothered about this.

I am pleased with the product. However The instructions for assembling it could be clearer, especially the video. Some of the pre-drilled holes in the structure were not "clean" and needed attention before inserting the screws. It is definitely a two man job to assemble it.
