Sustainably Sourced Timber
The timber used for this product was obtained from a managed resource, where responsible forest management and re-planting are employed.
Pressure Treatment
Wood is placed into an airtight tank, by vacuum the air is replaced with preservative. This superior process extends lifespan allowing in-ground use.
Square Edge
A simple cladding method where square-cut boarding is secured in a solid butted or open slatted format to a parallel arrangement.

Made from fully pressure treated timber for a longer lifespan.
The seat has a standard slatted style but the back is vertically slatted in a fan-shaped design.

A good, well made seat for the price. These seats are reasonably well made and can be assembled quickly and easily. Whilst there are some discrepancies with size of the parts it isn't too much of an issue to get everything to line up. The seats, once assembled are fairly sturdy but really need an extra brace between the front legs which is an easy fix. Cushions are easy to come by as most garden centres have ones which will fit nicely. Combine with a small table and the foot stools and you have a very comfortable set of garden seats to enjoy the eventual summer when it comes.

I had been searching for months for these American style chairs but could never bring myself to pay the £100+ price tag. I was delighted to see them on your site at such a good price. The chairs are both solid, sturdy and really comfortable. They were assembled relatively easily in around 30 minutes for the first chair and 15-20 minutes for chairs 2 and 3 as we knew what to do. I do think they are easier to assemble if there are two people working together. Delivery was really quick, initially only ordered 2 and delivery was within 3 days, the 3rd chair ordered separately took about a week, but no cause for complaint and delivery free of charge. Whilst I would suggest these for anyone who was looking for smooth, stained and varnished chairs (as they have a rustic feel about them), mine are now painted a wonderful shade of blue and have pride of place in my garden.
