10 Year Anti-Rot Warranty
An assurance from the manufacturer that their timber product, if maintained according to their policy, will resist rot within a 10 year period.
Sustainably Sourced Timber
The timber used for this product was obtained from a managed resource, where responsible forest management and re-planting are employed.
Pressure Treatment
Wood is placed into an airtight tank, by vacuum the air is replaced with preservative. This superior process extends lifespan allowing in-ground use.
Square Edge
A simple cladding method where square-cut boarding is secured in a solid butted or open slatted format to a parallel arrangement.
Pallet Delivery
Heavy items (like paving, gazebos and furniture sets) are delivered on a wooden pallet. The pallet will be left with the customer to dispose of.
Description
The Zest Ashton BBQ shelter is the ideal addition to any garden when thinking of entertaining family and friends.
With its half-panelled sides, open entrance and apex roof, it offers great protection for the chef and BBQ come rain or shine. The apex roof features a useful central ventilation gap to allow a BBQ's heat and smoke to disperse.
The entire unit is made from high quality, pressure treated, European softwood obtained from sustainable sources and comes with the manufacturers' own 10 year warranty against rot.
The BBQ itself as shown is not included.

Quite simple to put together, it's much better if you use the online video as some of the pictures in the enclosed instructions are not very well replicated and can be a bit misleading. Once together the structure is quite secure and looks good when painted. It's quite wide so will cover even large BBQ units.

Loved the BBQ shelter, looks pretty in the garden. Most wood pieces were cracked, some were bent and fitting them was a challenge. Also felt instructions could have been better, as this was my first DIY job which required me to undo and redo a few times. (ONE GARDEN COMMENT: Thanks for the feedback. In times of ambient temperature variation (especially this Summer!), timber will "crack" into what are called 'shakes', it's natures way of allowing timber to cope with expansion and contraction of moisture content. Such fissures are not a structural defect, however should any component be causing you ongoing concern requiring replacement, please do get in touch.)
