A garden building roofing felt in its commonest form. Coated externally with small stone flakes or grit to deter the effects of weathering.
Styrene
Styrene, Polycarbonate and Acrylic are all terms for tough, single sheet plastic glazing. Styrene will not shatter like glass, so it is ideal for playhouses.
Key Lock

Description
The Shire Mayfield Summerhouse 20x8 is approximately 20ft wide with key-lockable double doors on the 20ft front. A versatile garden building that provides a stylish, avant-garde room from which you can enjoy the special atmosphere only a garden room can give. The design allows for interchangeable window and door panels to best suit your location preference. The timber is all sustainably sourced and has been machined in the UK.
The 44x44mm robust framing used throughout the building ensures a solid structure upon which the tongue & groove exterior boarding is mounted. The roof and floor are also made using tongue & groove boards, completing this premium specification building. In addition, the building is supplied with safety styrene glazing throughout as standard. The Mayfield is supplied flat packed for ease of handling and assembly. All fittings including the roofing felt are supplied, along with easy-to-follow illustrated assembly instructions.
Supplied dip-treated in a base coat treatment during manufacture to help protect it during transit. We recommend that, prior to assembly, you treat all wooden parts (both inside and out) with a quality preservative in a colour of your choice, to maintain the manufacturer's warranty.
