Mineralized Roofing Felt
A garden building roofing felt in its commonest form. Coated externally with small stone flakes or grit to deter the effects of weathering.
Styrene
Styrene, Polycarbonate and Acrylic are all terms for tough, single sheet plastic glazing. Styrene will not shatter like glass, so it is ideal for playhouses.
Hasp and Staple
A steel hasp and staple is used to secure wooden gates. Interlocked when closed and securable by a padlock (not supplied). Style can vary.
Description
The Shire Overlap Garden Shed 7x5 with Double Doors is part of a range of apex roof sheds made from kiln-dried timber making them much more resistant to warping.
They feature 34x34mm thickness framing that is usually reserved for more expensive tongue and groove buildings.
Each of these Overlap sheds have a higher eaves height when compared to the equivalent size, regular overlap buildings allowing more headroom inside the shed.
This Shire 7x5 shed also features a windowed side panel that can be placed on either side of the building to suit the ideal position of the shed in your garden. The glazing is safety Styrene.
The wall panels are constructed of overlap cladding and supplied in modular sections. The main advantage of a modular design is that each individual panel will be small enough (in one or both dimensions) to be carried by one person and will fit through a standard pedestrian door. As a concequence the individual boards may not line up perfectly with those on adjacent panels, due to the variences in the natural timber cladding.
The roof and floor are formed from a solid sheet boarding, again on a 34x34mm framing. Access is provided by a handy wide double door, complete with a hasp and staple (customer to supply padlock).

We were very pleased with the shed and two of us managed to get it up in day. We did add 4 of 3by2 treated bearers and the next day decided to add T&G flooring on top of the floor. But the shed would do the job without these enhancements. I gave it 5 stars bearing in mind the low cost.

The shed was delivered as promised on time The delivery driver was very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Well done driver. The shed is very good for the money. Two panel slats were a bit warped but all in all not bad. In hindsight I should have ordered strengtheners for the floor cause its a bit flimsy. Wish the floor was thicker also could have done with longer roof tacks for overlaps. In the description for the shed it says glass windows its not its perspex type stuff. The size is also 7 ft x 5 ft 6 inches so beware if you want it for a tight spot. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Took longer than stated, but managed easily with wife holding things. I would have given it 5 stars but for the negatives I mentioned I give it 4 stars. I would definitely recommend One Garden products to my friends.

Two side panels have got badly warped planks. I lined it with plywood. Also the roofing nails were too short and kept popping out. Replaced with longer. Overall good value for money. The installation instructions are good and easy to follow for a novice.
