The Yardmaster 89GEYZ Metal Shed with Floor Support Frame 2.26 x 2.67m is delivered directly from Yardmaster's Northern Ireland factory or from UK mainland hub stock. Yardmaster use independent carriers to fulfil all of their home deliveries.

Vehicle

Almost all of Yardmaster's carriers operate 3.5 ton vans or small flat-bed trucks. These will reach most locations an average car can. On the rare occasion a larger vehicle may be used.

Access

Unloading will take place at the kerb-side or onto your adjacent driveway; Yardmaster term this as a "door-step" delivery. Vehicles will not leave the public highway. A driver may be willing to carry the goods into your garden at their own discretion. Goods cannot be carried through your home, therefore if necessary please arrange some extra help privately.

Delivery Period

Delivery will typically be made within the period quoted on this product. The carrier will notify you of the date of delivery in advance, usually by telephone.

Extended Delivery

Less frequently serviced and offshore locations may be subject to an extended delivery period of an additional 14 days. These distant locations include the Scottish Highlands & Islands for example.

Offshore Delivery

Yardmaster service a variety of offshore locations to which a charge applies as detailed under 'Distant Surcharge' below. These primarily include the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. Yardmaster do not deliver to the Channel Islands such as Guernsey (GY) and Jersey (JE).

Distant Surcharge

Due to additional zone fees, certain distant locations can only be serviced at a surcharge (at cost). The above post code checker can confirm if a surcharge will apply.

Product Notes

Yardmaster metal sheds do not have a floor. They are designed to be bolted down to a solid base (concrete or paving) by the customer on assembly, with the base then acting as a firm foundation. The steel Floor Support Frame Kit included with this model sits inside the shed directly onto your base, creating a raised steel framework which you can cover with plywood (not included) to form a raised, floating-type floor.

Due to Yardmaster's confidence in their superior rust-proofing system they offer a 12 year perforation warranty upon this product. The primary term of Yardmaster's warranty being that they will replace free of charge any undamaged panel (customer to fit the replacement) which has been perforated through rust within 12 years of purchase.

Your base should be raised at least 25mm (1") above ground level and incorporate a damp-proof membrane. This will prevent moisture from being drawn through your base, reducing the likelihood of condensation within this single-skin structure.
